Had to keep going back to the front desk to get my key re-programmed.
Good location, older rooms and not everything worked - lights, plugs, etc. Pleasant staff but hotel needs renovation - not just the lobby area.

This hotel is located in a safe location and accessible to several food places and shops.
This hotel is covered by the Hilton on the corner which made us go past its main entrance. Maybe a signboard should be placed somewhere in the corner
I like staying in any Courtyard hotels. This location was just perfect for the purpose of our stay in San Jose. We had a pleasant night sleep!

Modern hotel with pool & jacuzzi, clean room, nice large modern lobby with fireplace & internet access.
Cucumber water for guests in lobby. Lemonade would be better.
Very upscale for a 3 star, modern and clean with friendly helpful staff.

Hotel is clean, efficient and the staff was very friendly. Room was bright and large with free internet.
Get the side with the courtyard to minimize the freeway noise.
Hotel is quite nice with ample parking. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Great location by the freeway and close to fantastic Asian restaurants.
